The Supper Experience
There's one thing to remember about suppertime at H3 Ranch, Live Hickory Wood Grill: be sure to come hungry!

First, start out with an appetizer or two, then select an entrée from our extensive menu. If it's beef you're looking for, we've got an assortment of Texas-style steaks to choose from. Or try spit-roasted pig, the house specialty that's cooked daily on our open rotisserie. Be sure not to miss the ribs served with Lip Smackin' Sauce - they're second to none, and you can wash up afterwards in H3's Rib Eater's Sink.

We also serve trout, shrimp, chicken, and sometimes Ol' Cook will have a "Daily Special" you won't want to pass up! And save room for dessert: Homemade Peach Cobbler, Pecan Pie, Mud Turtle Ice Cream Cake, and our Ultimate Chocolate Cake with Walnut Frosting and Mocha  Sauce - it's all waiting for you each evening at H3 Ranch, Live Hickory Wood Grill.


  • Rainbow Trout

    Delicately seasoned rainbow trout flavorfully grilled over live hickory wood. Served with Anita's rice and seasonal vegetables.


  • Chicken Fried Steak

    Thick, juicy sirloin, battered, deep fried, smothered with country gravy and served with ranch fries.


  • Hickory Grilled Shrimp

    Six jumbo shrimp skewered with pineapple, onion, red and green bell pepper, and char-grilled over live hickory wood. Served with Anita’s Rice & lemon butter.


  • The Mexicali

    A juicy, tasty 8 oz. sirloin Char-grilled over live hickory wood, topped with Wood Roasted Salsa & served with two cheese & onion enchiladas, refried beans & guacamole.


  • Spit-Roasted Pig

    Premium Duroc Pig lightly seasoned & Spit-Roasted to perfection. Topped with our slightly sweet & savory Hunter Sauce. Served with Sausage Creamed Corn & House Salad


  • Crispy Fried Catfish

    Fresh catfish thin cut & fried crispy. served with hush puppies, ranch Fries, tartar sauce and lemon.


  • Spit-Roasted Chicken

    One-half chicken seasoned, basted, and spit-roasted over live hickory wood. Served with Roasted Ear of Corn & Lip Smackin’ Sauce.


  • Cedar Planked Salmon

    A beautiful, fresh 8 oz. Atlantic Salmon filet lightly seasoned and flavorfully char-grilled on a cedar plank. Served with Anita's rice and seasonal vegetables.


  • Alaskan King Crab

    An impressive serving of large succulent Alaskan King Crab Legs (1 lb) served with lemon butter, roasted ear of corn, baked potato, and house salad.
